Welcome to Finance Secure Wealth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at financesecurewealth.com (the "Site") and the advisory services we provide. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Finance Secure Wealth is a financial advisory and loan brokerage firm based at 88 Bureau Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20878, USA. We provide guidance, planning, brokerage, and settlement services in the areas of personal loans, credit loans, mortgages, wealth and investment planning, tax settlement, and insurance. We are an advisory and brokerage firm: loan approval, final rates, underwriting decisions, and policy underwriting are made solely by the lenders, insurers, and other third parties with whom we work. Nothing on the Site guarantees approval of any loan, credit, insurance policy, or tax settlement.
While we work diligently on every engagement, we make no guarantee or warranty — express or implied — that any specific financial outcome, credit score, interest rate, or settlement amount will be achieved. All projections shown during consultations are estimates based on information you provide and prevailing market conditions, and they may change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all inquiries, applications, and consultations. You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any change in your financial circumstances that could affect an application or plan. Material inaccuracies may delay or void approvals, settlements, or coverage.
Consultations through this Site are free of charge. Fees for specific services (settlement negotiations, planning engagements, brokerage arrangements) are disclosed in a written engagement letter or quote before work begins. You are not obligated to pay any fee until you have received and accepted that written disclosure. Lenders and insurance carriers may charge their own fees, which will be separately disclosed to you in their documentation.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in fees for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fee was paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance Secure Wealth from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
